The department of surgical Gastroenterology is headed by Dr. J.  SATHEESH, M.S., DNB., M.Ch., (Gastro) (SGE) with over 15 years of experience in the field. He has been instrumental in bringing ethical and affordable care to the patients from Salem and neighboring districts.

After topping the state entrance examinations he did his MCH (SGE) from the renowned institute of Surgical Gastroenterology and liver transplant Stanley medical college Chennai. His field of interest includes hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery, GI bleed, advanced & interventional endoscopy.
